Ticket + vendor booth policies
The short version: everything is paid in advance. All sales are final. You can transfer your ticket or booth to someone else. If we cancel or move an event, you get a full refund.
Tickets
- Tickets are sold online in advance and paid by card through Stripe. Some events may sell remaining tickets at the door.
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds for change of plans, no-shows or weather if the event goes ahead.
- Tickets are transferable: give or sell yours to someone else. Email us the new name if the event checks names at the door.
- Kids' prices and age limits are listed on each event page.
Vendor booths
- Booths are paid in full when you book, which holds your spot. Spots are limited and first come, first served.
- All booth sales are final, with one exception: cancel at least 14 days before the event and we'll move your booth fee to another of our events within 90 days (one move per booking).
- Inside 14 days, or no-show: no refund and no credit.
- You can transfer your booth to another vendor with our OK, if what they sell fits the event.
- You're responsible for your own Maryland sales tax license (one-time events can use the Comptroller's free 30-day temporary license), any county food permit, and your own insurance if the venue requires it.
- We may decline or remove a vendor for unsafe, illegal or off-topic products, without refund.
If we cancel or change an event
- If we cancel, everyone gets a full refund of what they paid, to the original card.
- If we move the date or venue, your ticket or booth carries over automatically. If the new date doesn't work for you, ask for a full refund within 7 days of our announcement.
- Outdoor events go ahead in light rain. If authorities or the venue close the event for severe weather, we'll reschedule or refund.
Fundraisers + raffles
- At fundraisers, the partner organization (church, school or team) runs any raffle or 50/50 under its own permits. RastaCamp Events doesn't sell raffle tickets.
At the event
- We may take photos and video for our pages. Tell staff if you'd rather not be filmed.
- Be kind. We can remove anyone who makes the event unsafe, without refund.
